With more than 10 years of experience, Litani has expertise in general business and corporate law. In addition to her experience in law firms, Litani has worked as an in-house lawyer for several companies. As a result of her experience as an in-house attorney, Litani possesses and comprehends the business perspective from an entrepreneur’s perspective, enabling her to offer a comprehensive analysis of the subject at hand when providing legal counsel and services. In addition, her negotiation skills are able to help clients achieve mutually beneficial business agreements that are profitable for them.  

Litani focuses on investment law (including corporate structuring and formation), legal compliance testing, regulatory compliance, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions of private companies, and divestitures. Litani has assisted many clients in drafting investment agreements, capital participation agreements, issuance of debt securities, joint venture agreements, shareholder agreements, and other agreements related to divestment and sale of shares. Litani graduated with cum laude honors from the Universitas Gadjah Mada with a degree in law and has a license to litigate in courts covering the entire jurisdiction of the Republic of Indonesia.
