Service fees are determined according to the agreement between the client and ALLECO to handle work, disputes, or certain cases.
This fee structure is usually applied to work or legal services that have a certain scope and are completed within a certain time period. Usually offered by ALLECO or chosen by clients for temporary legal services work or for certain projects.
With a retainer, ALLECO provides a certain amount of time per month (capped hour) or per year, agreed upon by the client, with the same service fees between partners and associates.
With this fee structure, the client benefits because ALLECO dedicates a certain number of hours to the client’s interests. Clients who have extensive legal needs but lack a sufficient legal team to handle the work typically choose this fee structure.
The fee structure can be applied between the three structures above or the fee structure agreed upon with the client.
